RRG Group New Plates Competition Terms and Conditions March & April 2010

These terms and conditions apply to the RRG Group New Plates Competition March & April 2010.

The competition is valid from 01/03/10 until the 30/04/10. No prizes can be claimed after this date.

The competition is open to UK and ROI residents aged 17 or over except employees of RRG Group, their families, agents or any other person(s) connected with the competition, including third party promotional partners.

Discount voucher is limited to one per person.

The £250 discount voucher must be presented to your sales executive on arrival and at time of negotiation. Decision of the Manager is final.

By entering, all eligible entrants agree to abide by each and all of these terms and conditions. Misrepresentative or fraudulent entries will invalidate an entry. RRG Group reserves the right, with or without cause, to exclude entrants and withhold prizes for violating any of these terms and conditions. RRG Group reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions. Any amendments will be published on the website.

There is no cash or other alternative to the prize stated and the prize is not transferable and no part or parts of the prize may be substituted for other benefits, items or additions.

By entering, any subsequent prize winners agree to allow the free use of their names, photographs and general locations for publicity and news purposes during this and future promotions by RRG Group or any associated or subsidiary company of RRG Group Ltd.

Uses of personal data received by RRG Group in the course of the promotion are subject to the privacy policy found on the RRG Group website.

RRG reserves the right at any time to cancel, modify or supersede the competition (including altering prizes) if, in our sole discretion, a competition is not capable of being conducted as specified. RRG reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal value in the event that circumstances beyond their control make this unavoidable.

This prize can not be used in conjunction with any other offers or in conjunction with Scrappage or Swappage scheme sales. Only one voucher can be used per transaction.
